Windows Vista Help - Recycle Bin

i know this is not really a blogging question but im totally desperate... i just delete my recycle bin accidentally... i know thats so stupid but it happened to me! so my question is how can i get it back!!??
i tried different things as encoding suggested on the net but i still cant get my recycle bin icon back in my deskop!!

    To show or hide the Recycle Bin on the desktop
    Click to open Personalization.

    In the left pane, click Change desktop icons, and then do one of the following:

    To remove the Recycle Bin from the desktop, clear the Recycle Bin check box.

    To display the Recycle Bin on the desktop, select the Recycle Bin check box.

    Click OK.

    if it still does not work restore default should help
