"Fun" might not be quite the right term. It's fun for me, because I'm inside, and won't have to go out until sometime tomorrow afternoon. If then.

Meanwhile, you can share the view out my north window, at www.brendans-island.com/smalltownamerica/ - the first webcam in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. As far as I know.

It looks at the corner of 9th and Ash, on the south side: one of the busier corners in town.

Sometimes, you'll see two vehicles at the same time!

Cool (literally, at least for today). I love the way you listed "coming attractions."

Thank you: and yes, I'd say that "cool" is a good word for this.

Me, I just have to look out my own window. But having access to yours is great. ^_^

      Aww, thanks!

I'm in southwestern Wisconsin and it's raining something awful. the wind is shrieking so loud it's like there's a banshee out there.
    1. Norski
Not so bad here: The wind's lower-pitched, and what's coming down (across, actually) is more-or-less solid.

      Best wishes for staying dry.

    All,

Thanks for taking a look. It's not exactly Times Square, but I like it here.

Yeah, I'm not looking 'cause it's raining sideways here and starting to turn to snow. I am so looking forward to driving to work in the morning. [Bleh]

Bleh, indeed. I don't suppose there's a hope that you'll be totally snowed in?

      (Hope?)

As a guy who lived in Minneapolis... I feel for you....

In DC - they talk about "bitter cold"... they're complaining about 20 degrees... I laughed my ass off... I said to coworkers put a minus sign in front of that... and then we'll talk bitter cold!

While I can remember many an April snowstorm... its still unusually cold - even for Minnesota.

Have no fear former Nordic companions... I am out every day ensuring global warming by smoking cigars while spraying hairspray right into the sky, burning batteries, and vehemently not recycling...

    Warmth is at hand.

My parents used to live in the Twin Cities: BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrr! I live in Sun Valley, ID, and our National Public Radio is broadcast from Minnesota. Sometimes, they do the weather forecast and I forget it's for the Twin Cities and have a panic attack!
