    2. dbowles1017
no there is definitely noisy sex.
    3. blackwater
Definitely noisy sex here, it's just that I don't think people get arrested for it. LOL
    4. crpitt
      Animals cant complain...

    5. blackwater
Most animals don't make sounds during sex like humans do.
    6. dbowles1017
      Oh no you didn't...

At least, uh, we don't have wooden teeth!
    7. crpitt
I meant because you are surrounded by vast open surroundings with a lot of animals for neighbours, not having sex with animals!

      How disgraceful.
    8. dbowles1017
Uh huh. I believe you. Not.

    2. crpitt
Oh that would of been hilarious to witness, but yes very awkward.

This is an old news from April 2009 that I recall discussing previously.

"Earlier this month [April 2009] she was given a four-year Asbo banning her from making excessive noise anywhere in England. ... Cartwright was convicted of five breaches of a noise abatement notice on 17 April and fined £515."

Has there been a follow-up news report or something?
    1. Epicharis
apologies, it is an old story but it came up on the 'Most Read' section of the BBC news website and I didn' look at the date.
    2. crpitt
      Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww a ban for bob!
    3. timethief
No problem I thought there must have been an update or something but this is the same story I recall.

FWIW I don't believe that the neighbors would have made noise complaint(s) and taken the matter to the courts if the level had not been very high ie. excessive.

Also the fact that Cartwright had been banned from making excessive noise anywhere in England, prior to the neighbors making their complaint, does lead me to believe, and also led the judge to believe that there was substance to the complaint (convicted -- proven beyond reasonable doubt).

Anyone care to "breach a noise abatement"???
  8. Stillthinking
Geez, my neighbors should also get arrested then. Every Saturday morning around 6am, they have the most incredibly loud sex. If you look at into the alley, you see joggers snickering as they go by.

"Oh god, oh that's go good, oh god! Oh! Oh! Oh! Yes, Yes, Yes!!!!"
    1. Agit8r
      maybe they like an audience

LOLZZZZ Thank God I don't live there!!

groaning and her bed banging against the wall at her home

    Oh - that's never good.

Although, I'm sure her husband was bragging about that at the local tavern and to his buddies. Men are evil that way.

    wow, that's news!! incredible...

We've learnt to tone it down a bit, we made a bit of noise once and it must've been a bit too much for the old man next door, lets just say rather that being annoyed by the noise, it excited him a little - in full view to my partner and I

At 48 Caroline should have learned how to have silent sex. Or was she a virgin?
  14. idealpinkrose
Oh, are they sure that she's having sex that time? If she does, then her husband has to cover her mouth with tape the next time that they do it. hehehe...
    1. marketborn
a proper man would do better than taping the woman's mouth.
    2. crpitt
      Yes a ball gag instead.
    3. marketborn
ha ha .. crpitt.. good suggestion.
  15. flamingpoodle
Women should rather be arrested for not having noisy sex.
