Women's History Month

My Friend Bethany writes a great blog about politics (usually) but in march she puts up a post a day about women and their impact on history highlighting a different woman each day.

She did it last year and is doing it again this year. I think they are a good read.

Kevin you might want to nominate her for women's history month contest/awards from "women's voices" - on the sidebar at my regular blog wonderland or not. It from Women's Voices a political site.

I was nominated by someone which is how I came upon it. Nice blog she has I'm outta here for a bit or I'd read more.

I will do something eventually.

I should, but I already missed Black History Month. I have never really got into these month things. Shame on me. Thanks for the tip though.

I like Women's History Month stuff because it connects us to women all around the world (even though WHM is basically an American celebration right now). And there are lots of women in history who've been overlooked. best, Kay
