WORLD CUP BRAZIL 2014 (SOCCER)

Brazil, my country, will host the FIFA WORLD CUP 2014. This is the second time we host the cup. The first one, was in 1950, when we lost the cup to Uruguay at Maracanã Stadium :-(

Do you intend to come here to watch the matches ou even watch in your country by televison?

As you can see, there aren't many soccer fans here.

I might make a trip to Brazil when 2014 arrives, but it's quite a long time away. I'll watch the World Cup for sure; Brazil is practically the soccer capital of the world. I think it will be quite exciting.

  oh well .. http://worldcup2014 domain and about 10 other variations that *I* could think of - has been registered. I think there are more soccer fans around than you think~ Although, worldcup2018 and every other world cup year is also registered - it could be just one guy registering them all

I'm a Canadian soccer fan who's lucky enough to be currently living in Fortaleza, Brazil - which has been selected as one of the 12 cities to host 2014 games. I can't wait. Until then, I'll keep myself occupied with discovering the delights of Brazilian food and music.
