Would you blame the swine flu shot, If you had a heart attack soon after?

A tracking system to track side effects of the swine flu vaccinations is being started in the USA. The idea is to detect any problems quickly.
The question is would you blame the shot or the burgers and fries, if you had a heart attack?

    Read about this report and this tracking system.

    There are concerns about the Internet and reports from Social communities.
    What the health officals want is to dispel any myths associated with the vaccines.
