Would you consider outsourcing your Search Marketing activity to an agency or a third party?

With Google AdWords being so popular, would you consider trying to gain a competitive advantage for your business by hiring an agency or PPC expert to manage this activity?

It really would depend on the circumstances. Right now, I say no. I am tech savvy and can handle the amount of time it takes and my sales as well.
However, with a sales increase, I would have to go to the next level and hire help. I would get help to do the worker bee things, shipping, answering emails, etc. I would then have more time to spend on the marketing and 'brain' side of my business.
I have no problem outsourcing. There are a lot of good people out there that have the knowledge and would do a great job. Its just that I know the ropes now...If it ever got to the point of hindering the growth of my business, I would.
