Topics: blah blah blah, guest posts, interview
Hi there!
If you would like to be interviewed for my website I will of course link back to your blog at the beginning and end and middle (if it makes sense) of your interview.
Of course anyone with a health, diet, fitness, recipe blog is welcome, but if you have a story to share about your chronic disease and how diet/exercise/alternative medicine has helped you, I am also collecting guest inteviews on those topics as well. If you are unhealthy and want me to give you a naturopathic makeover and plan to blog about the changes you are trying to make, that would be a great option too! Anything to keep people inspired.
Leave me a comment with your website link here or holler in my shoutbox. Would love to chat.
Thanks!
Doc

Awesome maybe we can do something on Eyes
I also have a Yoga website...so let me know if you're interested in either.
Later-
Both would be great! I would love to know your favorite yoga tips and maybe we can spread them out as a weekly feature. Are we talking about the children and making sure they aren't blind again...lol Anytips on glasses...headaches...etc or the latest and greatest in the optician world would be fab! Thanks Jeunelle.

Great site. I've always wondered how Naturopathic Physicians deal with patients with severe bipolar disorder. Would love to know if you have any articles on that. Thanks!
www.downwordspiral.com-
I usually start most people with bipolar on the "Low Glycemic Index Diet" for diabetics published on my website...believe it or not. But, excess sugar consumption just contributes to the highs and lows that most with bipolar experience. The take home message is to add fiber and protein to each meals, and reduce the use of refined sugars when at all possible.
Diet can be really helpful for some, but obviously isn't the be all end all for everything. There is much more that can be done, but bipolar is tricky and without knowing the patient it is difficult to know what the exact issues/symptoms/causes we are addressing.

Not much info for an interview, but in addition to the normal pain killers that the doc has prescribed for the osteoarthritis in my knees I practice self acupressure, which sometimes can relieve the pain in my knee for several hours without needing more pills.
