IMAX is awesome. We have one in our town. I don't know if I would pay more to watch one but I'm cheap and only go to matinees anyway. But if you've never seen one, it would be worth it.

i have seen an imax version of a movie, paid a bit more and i loved it. 3d has come a LONG way, baby.

i saw the last harry potter movie at an imax (was a "present" from friends to cheer me up after the company i worked for closed down). was waaaaay better in imax and i was kinda surprised. but i loved it.

I will only pay if its a very good movie. Otherwise, its not worth it.

Watching at home is more of a pleasure

it was worth it for Dark Knight because that movie was the bomb.

Not so much for Eagle Eye. It's kind of like polishing a poopie.

Outside of 3D films it really isn't worth it. So few films are filmed for IMAX, due to the expense, so the image quality isn't any better, and the sound isn't either. It's just a more expensive ticket. Meh.

I think all movies should be shot on IMAX, I'm sure most ladies will agree with me big ones are much better than small ones.

I have before and probably won't again. I really did not notice anything about it that I liked more.

It was actually harder for me to hear. I am completely deaf in one ear and partially deaf in the other. It's much easier for me to hear at regular theaters. In IMAX the effects and background noise is so much louder it seems to drown out the talking.

I saw one of the Matrix films on IMAX. It is worth it. I don't like ordinary cinema because over here they still use reel to real, which means the quality I have at home is far better.

I don't mind paying for IMAX, but I'd still mostly watch movies on my pc.
