would you really put yourself in danger for the one you love?

most people always say for the one they love that they could die for them, but many of these people say it just as a word and they will never do it in action. so what do you think you would do;)?

    As a child, I actually did put myself in danger once--for a complete stranger. So I guess I would.

    I think it's just human nature to act to protect another person, whether it's someone you love or you're just a bystander.

    That said, I think that the people who go around talking about it are probably the least likely to actually do it. Reminds me of when I was in my twenties and was always hearing women in bars go on about how their kids were the most important things in their lives. The women who were at home with their kids never seemed to rhapsodize about that--it was a given.
