WP V2.8 issue after upgrade

Hi,
Immediately after using 'auto upgrade' plugin,
when I tried to login I got this error message..(WP v2.8)
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/rallenk2/public_html/Blog/wp-content/plugins/sem-google-analytics/sem-google-analytics-admin.php on line 20
Can anyone help me?
