   I'm not clear on whether you are requesting advice on optimization or offering it. Either way I find the "2 hour" part to be odd and have no idea why you included it at all. Please post again and clarify whether or not you want help with SEO.

   You can do a lot of work in two hours that can help increase your SEO. But you cannot increase your SEO in two hours.
   
   Blogs are all about time. I just created a website for a client and watched it go up the Google rankings very quickly, yes. But I know that's only because it is just now being indexed. After that, its time that counts. Two hours spent writing a really good post...that's good. Two hours spent really connecting with people in social networks...also good. A few hundred of those really good hours, and you have done great SEO.
