   Make sure NO one starves or goes without needed healthcare.
   
   Next - make sure that the world is not over populated...
   
   Next make sure dying species are given extra chance to survive....
   
   Next - pop out a few billion for me and my family/friends...
   
   Next... Cast a super special spell s that no one can use the wand for evil...
   
   Next cast another super special no one can use the wand except myself until I can pass it to someone - and if I die - it goes ONLY to someone I love --- and WILL NOT work for anyone else --- until they are ready to pass it to someone THEY love... and so on...
   
   Voila...
   
   Peace --- or at least truth... LOL!

      Wagerwitch, you go so well with the wand! Thanks for giving a list. All your ideas are good... But in your last one you sound like the a member of an Indian political dynasty, who pass the crown to only their loved ones, which means a son or a daughter...and if they do not happen to be on earth, then the son in law or the daughter in law...it is all in the name of democracy!

   If I could banish anything, I would banish ignorance. Ignorance is the most common illness in our world. From ignorance, stems close-mindedness, discrimination, hate, etc.

   So, Honesty is great, but honesty has to come with some sort of discretion, and that takes lots of work.
   
   You also asked for no over population, that means birth control and death control, sooner or later.
   
   You ask for a few billion for you and yours, leaving behind those without.
   
   A wand in anyone's hand is not the answer. There are too many wands out there as is, a wand is power. And that is why the world is what it is.
   
   Nothing against what you asked for, it's just the way we think.
   Humans are just a self center breed.

   I would suggest a balance of power.
   A fairness of power, honesty, and I don't mean forced honesty.
   Honesty with pride.
   
   People have to all have a bit of power to themselves and not feel like they are controlled. Feel like they have to take, in order feel comfortable, to have their family fell safe. Not to feel needy.
