It's either him or me!

You boss is not an immortal being you can say what is on your mind lol.

Does anybody here have the fear?

I have no problems telling my boss how I feel. He knows me pretty well and just lets it go in one ear and out the other.

I feel I've been quite lucky with this thing. I've been through good bosses to be honest. The best thing for me was to make my boss smile. And I did it so often. No problems with my Bosses till now

Sometimes I lie about my medical condition when I don't show up. Because the fact that i'm having a hungover is funny only for the first two times.

I have always been very upfront with everybody so even my bosses would know what I was thinking. No matter what I was thinking (good or bad) even if I thought they were being an idiot. But I have to say I always had respect from bosses maybe because I told them like it was. Well up until my most recent boss but I can't even begin to explain what he did to that company when he took on that position.
