What do all of you keep handy for snacks?

I recently finished hiking the Appalachian Trail and while having to maintain about 5000 calories a day I was constantly snacking. I have fell in love with snacking on cheese and crackers and dipping good break in olive oil with italian seasoning. I also enjoy snacking on fruits, but they were too heavy to backpack with.

I try to keep things as healthy as possible. I am not big on sweets, candy, etc, although I did have to rely on snicker bars for calories when hiking.

    I love Skinny Cow Fat Free Fudge Bars. Insanely good. I also love Trader Joe's Gorgonzola Baked Crackers with tahini hummus.
