What's your favorite wine? You can specify several if you want.
My favorite red wine is a Collioure (South West of France), but no specific brand. I like the red fruits and spices taste. It goes very well with dark chocolate.

My favorite white wine is Kendall Jackson Chardonnay.
I've written a short article on that one: www.leblogdelamirabelle.net/article-28468945.html
Every time I come to the USA, I'm hunting for a discounted bottle

Have you heard about all the pesticides they found in some wines (a lot of wines actually).
Organic is really the way to go!

Oh come on! Nobody drinks wine? I love green tea too but hey!

I love a good Sancerre. I also love a good Meritage. Or Bordeaux.

Also Malbecs and Pinot Noirs. Ok, darn it, I just love it all.

I can't say I am very educated about wine though.

    Neither am I
Yes it is hard to pick just one!

    Anything with alcohol in it.

If you need any Colorado wine recommendations, I'm happy to share.

Sure! I won't find them here but on my next visit to the US, I'll try to taste some of them.

At the risk of being a broken record, I have to go with a Plum Creek red:

Unlike just about everyone, my favorite white is wine.appellationamerica.com/grape-varietal/Pinot-Blanc.html . I used to always keep a bottle of Mirassou Pinot Blanc on hand, but I can't lay hands on an unmixed bottle of the stuff anywhere in town, from any winery. I may be reduced to ordering on-line. [sigh]

Kendall Jackson is good for a large commercial vineyard, but I think its a little overpriced. For that price, from a large California vineyard, I would rather get La Crema Chardonnay.

Lyeth Meritage is my standby bottle and I love CMS reds.

Yes it's overpriced. I buy it only when it's discounted, but it's the best Chardonnay I know But I will try La Crema.

I like a nice Bordeaux like a claret but any red is fine by me I just don't like sweet wine. If I have a white I like a very dry crisp white like a Riesling or a white Rioja, I usually only drink a white with fish or chicken though and wouldn't drink one on its own.

I'm just drinking a nice Retsina. Mmmh

I like a nice Pinot Grigio, but lately I've been really into Rieslings. I've got a bottle of Gewerstreminer (spelled totally wrong) chilling in the fridge. Normally I'm kind of a red girl in the fall/winter - i'll take a shiraz or merlot or syrah, and a white girl in the spring/summer: a savignon blanc or pinot or riesling.

I'm not a red wine fan, but Rabbit Ridge Syrah is lovely.

    I like reislings for whites.

Here in South Africa, my husband likes a South African shiraz (syrah) called Porcupine Ridge.
