Being the curious monkey that I am I swung over to Alta Vista ( babelfish.altavista.com/ ) to see what came up there.

My name translates into Japanese (according to Alta Vista) as "デンマーク人モーガン" which translates back into English as "Denmark human Morgan".
Unsatisfied with the lack of a pronunciation guide I finally ended up on an anime site. ( www.animelab.com/anime.manga/dictionary/ )

    There I got
    デーン - de^n - Dane
    モルガン - morugan - Morgan

Ultimately I think your version sounds cooler, and somehow more... well... Japanese...
    1. hence
      Salute.
