START GIVING
If you want to just post your blog URL in hopes that somebody might click and help your Alexa rating, please go somewhere else. A lot of taking with no giving creates no results. I was one of them, and I have a different idea.
Try this:
1. Post a link to a few of your best posts below.
2. Other users click on those links and leave a good comment posted under their handle and blog address. You can add an asterisk (*) to the end of the handle to indicate that you are participating in this giving tree.
3. The webmaster sees this comment and within 24 hours returns the favor with a similar comment.
4. If no return comment is made the initial user will post a reply here indicating that this particular website isn't participating.
THIS HAS MULTIPLE BENEFITS! Not only will you get hits on your website, but you'll be getting them from Alexa toolbar users who are leaving comments on your web page. You determine how many Alexa webmasters visit your blog by first visiting theirs. The Alexa Giving Tree.

I'll be the first to try this out. Here are a few of what I think are a few recent and good blog posts. If you as an Alexa toolbar user comment on them I will return the favor ensuring you that I did, in fact, visit your site. If I don't reply by comment just return here and reply to this thread telling everyone that I didn't keep my end of the bargain.
