Name Your Favorite Anime Figure.

We all know that many anime figures, be it they are PVC or resin, are great pieces of artwork and also a true sign of our fandom. Name what figures or figure companies you like and also show off your collection or figure photos. Please make sure the figures are rated PG13 or so as to keep things clean.

    Other than the Tifa figure I have currently above me on my computer desk, the Yamashita Mirei figure pictured below is one of my favorite figures.

    Hi!
    I recommend Hatsune Miku's next one "Nenndoloid(small figure)".
    It costs 6.980JPY!! XD
    I can't find this in US Amazon.com.

    You can buy it Otome Road or shops in Akiba max 1,000JPN in near future.
    I found Suzumiya-san's small one 420JPY in Otome Road in Ikebukuro in Tokyo few days ago, but Haruhi's small figure costs 840JPY(!!).
    They are all second hands but quality is good, because Japanese Otaku people don't buy goods bad conditions.
    Now, it's really expensive but few months later you can buy it more cheaply.

    So, I add the URL of "Nendoloid hatxune Miku" in JP amazon.com again.

    Anyway, "Nendloid" is a mixure word of "nendo(粘土)" and "andorold".
    "Nendo" means "clay", so the word "Nendloid" maybe mean "The doll can be created esily as a clay doll".

    That is a nice figure indeed. I preordered a bunch of those and the 1/8 scale Miku for my store...still doesn't come to the us though for a while ~_~

    It's hard to get Hatsune Miku small figure even we live in Japan (now).

      Yeah, Miku is still a big hit over there, she's basically at idol status from what I hear.

    I've heard that this small figures and Miku's vocaloid software packages were out of stock just after released, so I couldn't buy them.
    The number of software package might be 3,000....

      That sounds about right. My distributors for my store usually tell me that they only make between 3000 to 15000 of each anime figure and then that's it. Being a store owner its good because the value of the figures rarely go down and usually go up but as a collector myself..it sucks because once they sell out, they are gone ~_~
