    Well, if it's me, I'd say both Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (a well blend of comedy & 'seriousness', plus some tragic romance) and also Hayate no Gotoku (a story of an 'accidental' butler, service with LOL). I have anime that I hate too (like Narutah, Bleech, etc.) but that's another story...

    Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Hunter X Hunter, Yuyu Hakusho(ghost fighter), Death Note, Slum Dunk, Yekitate Japan, Cooking Master Boy, Prince of Tennis, Rave Master (The Groove Adventure), Monster Rancher, etc. (too many to mention all of them)
