DO or NO FOLLOW, why?

we've heard You-Comment-I-Follow program for so many times. And many people support it, though those who againts it just as much. so tell me, do you support
You-commnet-I-follow program and change your blog to DO FOLLOW or do you choose to stay having a NO FOLLOW blog/site? please give your reason

      Thank you sir. I, myself, haven't stated my opinion about it. mine is still no follow. I do know the possibility of raising my traffic is good by having do follow blog, especially for a newbie like I am. But giving the opportunity to have more outgoing link than incoming link,which is in the end will decreased the possibility to get a higher pagerank, I'm still reconsidering it.
