Looking for Critiques for my blog.. Please Help

Hey all my blog is fairly new....2 weeks old maybe, and I am wanting to hear what people think, what should I change, what should I add?

I also am looking for bloggers who want to exchange links or banners? Anyone??

    I am not good at it but based on what I can see, here is what I noticed.

    1. The template. You can download awesome templates for your blog. Kust search "awesome blogger template" on google.

    2.The ads. Place your ads on the hotspot of your blog. You can also try google ads for extra income.
