From the petition site:Residents of Miami-Dade recently heard a public service announcement encouraging them to drink their tap water and reminding them that bottled water doesn't go through the same stringent testing as tap water. It's a good message -- so good that it's got corporate water baron Nestlé shooting off geysers, and writing to the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WaSD) telling them to: CEASE AND DESIST with your advertising campaign. AND promise you'll never do it again.

Bottled water tends to be less safe, cause more environmental pollution and only adds to an over all consumeristic wasteful society in the US, in my opinion. It has it's place in 3rd world countries, in disaster sights, and where ever clean water is an issue.
