Minutes of Meeting - Hot Millions (August 3rd, 2008)

Today's pre-launch meeting was another productive one in which the attendee's discussed and finalized the course of action for the launch of www.chandigarhbloggers.com on 08-08-08.
But we were quite disappointed with the kind of response we are getting from the founder members in terms of dedication and contribution. This is a serious issue that needs to be responsibly addressed before it affects the development of CBA as a zonal community.
Gaurav is back in Warrangal at his college and Preeti informed about her helplessness in being present - valid ! But the rest should have at least cared to inform about their inability to attend the meet.
The basic problem (and this might be something wrong with us!)is that we are expecting everyone to put in their share of effort. But we don't get it at the moment we think it should be presented.

THE PLAN ::
That apart, it has been decided that the website will be launched by Vice Chancellor, Punjab University (of course, if in town) or otherwise by ourselves in the Student Center, PU Campus on the pre-decided date. The event is going to be covered by journalists and reporters from various news agencies (Many thanks to Ravi ji, our Key Adviser and Media Expert.)
BEING READY FOR THE EVENT ::
Before we go out and kick ass, we need to be ready with the content for the website. The founders page is ready and will be set up soon, and the forums administration control has been revoked. As the plan wasn't submitted within the dead line, We'll be setting up the forums with our backup plan that we'd formulated in the prime.

NOTICE ::
Chandigarh Bloggers Alliance demands a little effort from your side. We won't be troubling you with writing tasks, but we'd really appreciate if you submit two or three of your best works for the Community Blog. Of course, you can write something afresh if you wish to.. but all we NEED right now is the content that is already there with you.
All you got to do is submit the links to your best articles - we'll be publishing them without any modifications and FULL CREDIT to you. We'll link back to the original article.
DEADLINE ::
The dead line for submission of links is TOMORROW EVENING by 4 PM. Thereafter, this thread will be closed for any more submissions.

As discussed, you can pickup any article from my blog and in the mean time Me and Reet will gather some interesting facts about Chandigarh and write two or three articles on that.
This will help us kick start our section on Chandigarh City. -
Abhi - Make a separate Discussion for submitting article for the CBA website.

This was the best i feel could do but would you please suggest some more methods for communicating updates, because we feel above three are not enough to reach out you guys in time.
