I'm not a huge fan of Obama, I won't lie. But as the Bible says, all forms of government are established by God. The Jews had a series of both good and bad kings after David... Some that did right and were pleasing to God, others that did not. Personally I don't think Obama will get a whole lot done in his term, he'll have to focus on the economy for the first two years (which will correct itself if left alone it was meddling that got us into the mess we're in, but no politicians besides Ron Paul seem to know this). And then after that he'll be so caught up in making up time that he'll go for something really big such as socialistic health care that we simply won't have the money for.-

Your tax dollars will soon be funding abortions. Gay marriage hit a snag in California, but not to worry, Obama's appointments to the Supreme Court will rectify the situation. Goodbye Christian heritage, hello immorality. Here's hoping the next time we can nominate a real conservative to challenge him instead of someone like McCain who's all over the map and can't get his story straight.-
So... Let's get ready to stand in prayer, character, and ACTION, for the day when God gives us the Land!

I believe right from the beginning, Mr. Obama will find out just how much he can NOT change on his own. That reality will hit in a few short months. But Mr. Obama does not have the Christian values that true Christians have so many of the things we hold true will be changed in this country. Less and less of the Christian beliefs and values are in place now. It will get worse. I don't like to play the doom and gloom thing but reality is that if we believe God and the Bible, times are becoming very hard for Christians soon and our beliefs and values will be tested big time. Mr. Obama will likely be part of that.
Just think how much we, as Christians, have allowed to change now without a peep. We say nothing to most laws already passed. Most of the Christian community, while they may not believe it, is very complacent about the government and what they are doing TO us. Laws and rules have been passed that we know nothing about already. With Mr. Obama in there will be many more that we do know about but cannot DO anything about since we are the so called silent majority. Not really. We are definitely silent but I doubt that we have the majority we like to think we have.
States, some anyway, have already decided to allow gay people to be married. I believe that we should love the person but the sin is still sin and wrapping it up in pretty paper and bows is not going to change that. There are still many who believe in the right things but it is less and less true. Our state has just voted in a ban on gays being allowed to adopt or foster care children. But it wasn't an overwhelming majority like it should have been with us living in the "Bible belt". The ban will be tested in the state supreme court, you can count on it. California stopped gay marriage but that, too, will be tried in the courts. And that's just one issue.
Despite what he said, Democrats traditionally raise taxes. They have done so for many, many years. The "fix" on this housing crisis will not work like it should. Wall Street is going to have to do the cleanup on itself. Doubtful that they will. When you give money to those who did what these people did and do not cut out the bad seeds, then it will happen again, just not in quite the same manner. The Bible clearly states in the book of Revelation that the financial community will go down. Ours is just the first.
Do I think we will straighten out this mess? Unlikely. It will look like it for a while but then, it's looked like peace in the middle east once in a while too. There will be nothing to stop this other than a direct intervention of God. Do you see that happening?-
I believe that if we prepare ourselves, pray, act, and be faithful, either we or our children, or their children will see the restoration of America. I believe in the sovereignty of God, but I also believe that it is UP TO US and WHAT WE DO!

There is always, always, always hope!
I saw Jesse Jackson weeping when Barack was acknowledging his victory. I wish he had not been elected, but I felt compassion and even joy for Jesse Jackson (yes even Jesse Jackson!). I am glad that African-Americans and other minorities can see that anything is possible.
May God shatter every ceiling holding down my black brothers and sisters!
And may the next black man to be President have policies more in keeping with Christian Liberty!

First, i want to say that God has commanded us to pray for our Leaders whether we agree with them or not.
Secondly, God does not wait for every body to start praying or to pray before He can do anything.He always looks for ONE MAN who will stand in the gap,and i am ready and have been praying that Obama does not make mistake in selecting the right men to work with,that The Lord surround him with the Daniels and Josephs of our time.Yes I have also been praying for his safety with his family.
Thirdly,if any christian refuses to pray,they should however remember that one day they are going to stand in His Presence,and i wonder what they will answer when,and not if ,He holds them responsible for the failures of their leaders.
I personally believe that Obama is God’s choice.Many Christians prayed and even many churches and fellowship groups fasted against him and yet he won.Surely,if after their Praying and fasting,he still won,it will mean that:
1.Is either that God has failed His people(i know you will agree with me that this first reason can’t be)
2.The Churches or fellowship groups had not prayed through(which again can not be, seeing that they prayed and fasted for so many months)
3.Could it be that God does not answer prayers any more?.Again ,we know that He does.
4.Could it be that Satan is become more powerful?,God forbid!!!.
So what could it be?.
If Obama is not God’s choice,is McCain The Choice?.What yard stick are we using to measure this?.If we are not using yardstick,are we DISCERNING God’s will?.I have heard mention made of ‘immoral policies’.I think we are talking about abortions,gay rights etc.This will suggest to me that you are using POLICIES as your yardstick as are many others I see in the gospel channels.And if this is the case,What about God’s sovereignty?.
{God spoke to me one morning about abortion about 7 years ago supernaturally.I neither was asking Him about it nor thinking about it as at the time He did.It was not a thing I was in any way concerned about .It just came from no where.So abortion is from Hell.I suppose that nobody who loves Him will be asking any question about the gay issue because it’s in BLACK AND WHITE in the scriptures,that it’s from Hell}
Having said this, I believe that if at any point in time a child of God for some reason fails to ‘discern’ His will on any issue(s) like this one,you can use MEASUREMENT,yet the things of the spirit are DISCERNED not OBSERVED OR MEASURED.The things of the kingdom are not by observation.Time and space will not permit me to go into this in dept,but i will welcome a discussion on this any time.
Long before the election precisely on the 15Th Sept,2008,The Lord dealt with me prophetically which I posted on my blog.As at the time He did this,I did not understand it,but I published it on my blog after much praying and studying,but it’s quite clear to me now that He was talking about Obama’s election.

”YOU CANNOT GET TRUTH ANYWHERE UNTIL YOU DEAL WITH JUDGEMENT”
11Th SEPT 2008.
Woke up this morning and was a bit tired and so decided to meditate some.started meditating on some Scriptures like God’s faithfulness .scriptures like :1corr 1:9 ”God is faithful …”1thes 5:23-24 ”And the very God of Peace ….Faithful is He …”Hebrews 10:23”Let us hold fast …; (for he is faithful that promised;)”Gen 8:22 ”While the earth remaineth …”
While i meditated on the above for a while i started mixing it up with Holy spirit scriptures like :John 14:26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, … .John 16:13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, … .
While i meditated on the above scriptures,i had a quick vision:
I was in a kind of gathering,fellowship.Then suddenly one of the ELDERLY in this meeting came from the back of the congregation and started flogging a young man in the meeting towards my back.His reason while He did this was that the young man was too young to be there.There was a little bit of a commotion.While some people supported him ,some didn’t.Suddenly i saw that in the front of the meeting place were now gathered and standing together all the Elders.By now i had gotten the BIG cane he was using.The gathering of the Elders in front were trying to king of suppress the protest and appeared to be winning.People did not want to be kind of seen to oppose them.By this time i enraged , was standing right in front of them in front of the congregation , somehow backing the congregation.If you are standing in front and facing the congregation,i was standing towards the left hand side of the front and if you were backing the congregation,i was at the right hand side.All of a sudden ,the whole place became quiet and i heard the following words come out of my mouth:
”YOU CANNOT GET TRUTH ANYWHERE UNTIL YOU DEAL WITH JUDGEMENT”
Is important also to note that when those words came out of my mouth,those ELDERS who were initially trying to use their STATUS as ‘ELDERS that have to be respected’ and were therefore intimidating the people were nodding by now including the one who was doing the flogging.The word until above is underlined because it stood up still in my spirit even after the vision.Also note that the word get means that some body is searching or looking for something which in this case is TRUTH.
When i came out of this vision,i went and searched all the scriptures that has to do with Judgement/Truth.I have spent hours reading , studying them and praying to get ALL what the Lord Is Saying.
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS TALKING TO THE LEADERSHIP OF THE BODY OF CHRIST,THE CHURCH.
The word ‘Get’ means:receive; obtain; purchase; take; understand.This means that The Elders i.e the Leaders of the body of Christ,the Church ,have been trying to OBTAIN OR ACQUIRE , RECEIVE OR UNDERSTAND TRUTH without DEALING WITH JUDGEMENT. And the Lord is saying NO.
Pilate:
Have the Leaders of the Church now become like Pilate?.Pilate was sitting in the JUDGEMENT HALL on the JUDGEMENT THRONE and was asking ”What is Truth?’.How about that.He knew that Jesus was innocent judging from even the allegation made against him by the Jewish leaders alone.I mean even without Jesus’ own defence.Even his wife eventually sent to warn Pilate against having any thing to do with that just man having been warned prior in the night before.God does not do a thing with out first warning,remember?… .So Pilate knew the truth.He knew that Jesus was innocent,he knew that the Jews were WRONG,but his problem was his POSITION.He did not want to loose his Gubernatorial position.So in order to maintain his position,he had to miscarry Justice and still had the Audacity to ask ‘what is truth’.Many there be in the Leadership position in the Church today who do not want to come out and judge righteous judgement just so that they don’t loose their position.Bible says that if we judge ourselves we will not be judged and now is the time to do so.JUDGEMENT WILL BEGIN IN THE HOUSE HOLD OF CHRIST REMEMBER?.
I tremble as i write this,because this,judgement is a topic that does not make for palatable reading or preaching ,yet we do not have to fear so much ,but this is a call for real self examination.Personally ,i have been consecrating,rededicating and repenting (where i think i need to) since this year,yet after this word from the Lord ,i have been re examining again,just,just to be sure all is well.
1corr 11:31For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. 32But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
We will be coming back with further insight into these as the Lord Permits.

The above was posted on my blog on mid September 2008,which was almost 2 months before the election.Something that is very striking to me is :
how that it was Pilate's wife ,THE WOMAN WHO CAUGHT THE REVELATION.
It was Mary who first saw the Lord after His resurrection.
It was a group of women that also first Saw the angel who broke the news of His Resurrection when they went to anoint His grave.
Preachers because of this often joke that women are the first evangelists(s).
What am trying to point out here is the fact the women are always more sensitive,they are more intuitive than men.Have noticed that Obama won the election riding on votes from two main groups-:
WOMEN AND THE YOUTH(CHILDREN)

I believe in prophetic words from God, and I believe that God can use someone who has evil policies (such as Barack Obama) for His Sovereign Purposes. I don't believe that we get off the hook for electing that person though. Yes we need to pray for Him, but WE as a nation chose Him and WE will suffer the consequences and bear the responsibility for that even if God uses it for His purposes! People making choices does not mean God approves and does not mean His Will was done.
I did not vote for Barack Obama, I do not believe he represents Godly Values or is "God's Choice." I believe that American's chose him, and if we pray, there is still hope for redemption of our nation.

The Christian world view is not affected by whomever is elected President. What affects our "worldview" the Holy Spirit in each believer and God's sovereign plan for this age and the one to come.-

God is still sovereign, so what ever happens is His will. But sometimes, just like in the past, God allows us to have the corruption that we choose. We as a nation have been blessed and protected because we were built on Gods principles. As we get further away from His principles and His word being our compass, we will loss the national blessing and protection we have enjoyed. We have become complacent and self indulgent while Satan went about destroying our Godly heritage.
Sometimes when Gods people became hard hearted and refused to yield to Gods call, God allowed them to be taken captive by their enemies. We have already been taken captive by a society of self and that has become our God. If we continue in our rebellion of the heart it will only get worse. There is good that comes from fire though, it burns out all the impurities.
I believe God is about to separate the wheat from the chaff in America and if we are wise we will learn what it means to be strong in our faith. We would benefit to spend our time learning what it means to be a bondservant of Christ instead of which way the wind will blow in our nation. Nations may stand or fall but Christ will always remain.-
Though this is (This blog) supposed to me about Christian views, I have come to an embarrassing and very disquieting realization, one that is never spoken, but everyone whom has been in the faith know it to be real, one that completely impairs the thoughts and judgments of men and women that claim to be “Good God Fearing people”
One that must be addressed before or it will become a cancer that will eat devour the entrails of the body of Christ until we become no different than all the rest of the world.
You see even though almost every Christian blog or site I have visited has spoke of President Barrack Obama (notice I rightly express his title and as the bible said gave honor to whom honor is due) as if he was the anti-Christ. This view however does not hold true at even one of the black sites or blogs, it does not hold true at even one of the black Christian sites or blog, most of white America and the sites that I have visited also are in agreement with the black Christian point of view concerning our 44th President of the United States of America Barrack Obama.
Two types of sites seem to have this view that I have heard so common on White Christian Evangelical blogs and websites the first is the white evangelical blogs and websites of course, the second is the white supremacy blogs and websites. I expect it from the white supremacy sites but my belly was twisted as though someone had tied me into a knot when the realization of this truth hit me. I thought to myself that these are my people men and women of God, but I was wrong. I am as much an outsider to them as I am to the rest of the world.
There is a real separation in the Church, real issues that MUST be address, much more difficult than should we pray in school, much more difficult than if we should take down the Ten Commandments from our courts, much more difficult than homosexual marriage even more difficult than abortion. The real issue that the American church has to address is about prejudice! Yeah I said it! This separation will do more to destroy the body of Christ than all Kings and Princes combined.
Everything that is being said about President Barrack Obama, my (the majority Black) community has been saying about our past President George W. Bush we have been looking at God’s will as we would have God to be for us, not as He is. When we realize that God does everything for a reason, (which is beyond all our ability to comprehend) than we can sit back in prayer and wait on God.
It is not for us to consider whom God has made the President of the United States. I voted for him (President Barrack Obama) you may not have, but either way he is there because God made it so. (Psalm 75-6-7) if we question how or why God did this thing, even if we say we know why God did this thing, we are saying that God did not have an understanding when he did what he did (Romans 9:20). This of course we all know is not true. However when the things of this world seem too confusing to us (1 Peter 2:6) or may not seem in line with what we think is God’s plan, than we must wait on God and not try to make something happen, not in our actions, not in our words, but by faith that God is always in control.
God will take care of healthcare, we will have a healthcare system where all people are given the opportunity to see a physician. God will take care of war, God will take care of homosexuality, God will even take care of abortion; whatever we have against us God will take care of it. Have we forgotten HE is God!?
In the mean time pray for our President (1 Tim 2:1-3) pray for our great country, Yea, my prayers are for this country, but more importantly they are for the body of Christ. First! That we should not in being like this world, miss out on what God has for us.
