My blog is a personal account of the restaurant industry. I initially made it into a rant blog, but I felt like I could provide a lot of useful information about proper etiquette in a restaurant, proper tipping, and other subjects that are related to restaurants. The blog - I believe - is humorous, with a side of cynicism, but very insightful. At least I hope so.
