				<description><![CDATA[<p>Try making a list of all the stuff you have to accomplish the next day.  Then go to bed, free of the nagging need to "be sure to remember."<br />
Try drinking hot water, instead of hot tea. It's relaxing, without caffeine.<br />
Try reading a high school history textbook.  You can buy a used one cheap.  It always put me to sleep in high school.<br />
Try watching PBS late at night.</p>]]></description>

I can fall asleep (and usually do) in a room full of people talking away in the middle of the day after a good turkey meal but I normally have a hard time sleeping at night.<br />
