hello Filipino Bloggers, Im Sampaguita from Cagayan De Oro Philippines and i have a blog at homeaffiliate.typepad.com/homeaffiliate
Let me share to
you some points on "How to Protect your Google Adsense account" against
violation. Its not a secret that you can earn money with Google Adsense.
Google Adsense gives you the option to monetize your blog. And, Google
Adsense can be a good source of income if your blog have a high traffic.
For that reason, you dont want your google adsense account to be
terminated and you want to protect it right?
You don't want to violate Google Adsense terms and conditions.
If you are reading this. You might know already how Google Adsense work
and you might also know their terms and conditions for using Google Adsense.
How Google Adsense Works?
Google Adsense allows you to display Ads on your Blog or website and you earn
money whenever somebody clicks on the ads being displayed. However, their
terms and conditions don't allow you to click your own ads and you are also
not allowed encouraging clicks. No matter how definite you are that you won't
violate any of these terms and conditions. The risk of violating these terms
and conditions is still there. Why?
You might not violate Google Adsense Terms and Conditions for the said
reasons but how about other people who have nothing to do but make foolish
stuffs. You can't ignore the fact that no matter how big or small amount of
money you make from Google Adsense. There are still people who gets jealous.
Who are these violators?
These people might be those who have tried using Google Adsense but
got terminated because they violated the terms and conditions. And what
they do, is they turn their back on you. They want your account to get
terminated too.
How they do that?
They can click on your ads several times. Google will notice that a number of
clicks are coming from one IP address, and therefore, Google might think that
you are violating their terms and conditions. They might have the idea that
you are encouraging someone to click on the ads several times. Even if you
actually don't. And for that, you have the risk for termination.
How do i prevent that to happen? Here's how:
Monitor your adsense account regularly, Check on your adsense units stats to
see how many clicks you have and how much you have earned already.
If you noticed that your earnings and stats are not relevant to your
Blogs/Website traffic stats then you should be alarmed. Something is wrong.
Your earnings should collide to your website's/blogs traffic. Its simply
common sense. Try to check your adsense unit the following day and if you
still observe the same irrelevancy with your earnings, then that's the time that
you make extra action to prevent your account from being terminated.
What you need to do is to simply lay low. What i mean from that is,
take away your Google Adsense unit from your website/blog. By doing that,
there's no way that someone could still abuse your Google Adsense account.
And then you say, Sorry folks! better luck next time. That's it.
Thank you and I hope this helps.
