   I like the overall look and colors. You need more space for your post column --- three sidebars are a bit distracting. With so much link info you may need to add a menu that points to page-like posts. Content is best on the left side of the blog -- I'd eliminate the right sidebar and swap the content to the left side... Gives more attention to the important article/text.
   
   Also the new Blogger 'read more' is perfect for you (see it on my blogspot blog) to look more like a magazine style. The tag line in your header/description is hard to read in white text.The header photo is nice but should take up the entire space (or at least change the black background on the right side to a matching color.
   
   Google search results should go in the post column or new page (too squeezed in on sidebar).
