This is actually annoying me a little as a graduate but also as someone who seeks to make money from Web Design & Development.

I keep coming across ads online requesting websites. At first they sound good until it gets to the part where it says something like "we are a new business and so have a small budget". So I read on wondering if it just means they have little to offer but will pay. Most of the time they are, in a most suttle way, suggesting someone builds them a valuable website for nothing!

Is this ethically ok to take advantage of students who need money just like anyone else?

The really shocking thing is that it gets done in our current economic climate at a time students are already struggling. I myself being one of them.

Should these business not be named and shamed somewhere so that we can avoid investing or buying from them lol
