Truth is i have no accurate answer for this question.
People work out at least once a day and they sometimes feels like that isn't enough.
You feel happier if you only eat 500 calories a day or spend most of my time at the gym.
What I've concluded is even if your 100 pounds and 5'7 you will never be happy with yourself unless you change your attitude.
PEOPLE you will never get through life with a negative attitude your only demoralizing yourself! change of attitudes please.
oh yeah.
people who aren't really fat, don't go around telling people your fat when you well enough know your not and you only want people to respond with a ''no your not'' to make yourself feel better. Its annoying and well.. gay. so cut it out.
