My Blogger blog had a PR4 ranking and I had just started earning from it when Google put me to 0. I don't know why I was penalized. Now I am back up to PR3 and have been approached by several advertising companies again. I have started with Smorty and Blogvertise but I am afraid to join too many in case I get penalized again but I have other offers I would like to take.

Are you writing for readers to read or for search engine to read your blog?

As for me, i will not get carried away with all those mumbo jumbo keyword stuff and trying to impress google to come and read my blog...

We all blog for other readers to read and I am going to stick to it. Forget about impressing the search engine and concentrate on getting the readers what they want.

Just my 2 cents thought...

I have always wander why some use blogspot and not wordpress for their blog.

one reason for me to use wordpress is that, it will belong to me. If you are using blogspot, it belongs to Google. That means you cannot sell it off if you want to let it go when it gets really famous.

When you are using wordpress, the domain name of your blog is yours.

Something to ponder...So what is yours? Wordpress or blogspot?
