Post one link and get TWO!

I have two health related blogs, as you can see in my profile.

If you have health related blogs as well and theirs Page Rank is 3 or higher, I will link to your blog (or blogs) from my sites instead of just one link from you to site I will ask you to link.

    Another question: reciprocal links do not really help, do they? Could there be a way to create one-way links?
