I'll be brutally honest.
You will need:
1. Money. Lots(kids are pricey - childcare, good school district, ballet classes, b-day parties; I am not even mentioning diapers and formula)
2.Time(kids need attention)
3. Reliable baby-sitter( if you are still planning to have some life)-
What I meant by "3 tips or measures that I need to keep in mind before having a baby!!!" were not the obvious ones, which I we all know, at least we with a common sense.
I was referring to something more practical like learn to change dippers ahead, start a childcare's found or any other practical tips and tricks.
Anyway I appreciate your suggestions and we will keep them in mind for the future.

It's not that copmlicated. While I was pregnant I was reading all kinds of parenting books like 'what to expect when you are expecting'. The first time I saw a diaper I didn't know where the back or the front were. LOL! Most of those books give you practical tips how to hold a baby, how often to feed her, how to burp her, etc. Breastfeeding is important. That is something worth to make a commitment to and something that might cause complications.
I am a reader. I read - then apply it. I don't listen to old wives' tales. Some people go to parenting classes. I never went and don't think I missed out on anything. So read a lot and use your common sense, Dragonuloz! -
Thanks for those kind words, I will appreciate any kind of advise as long as it is oriented towards good things.
