99% of people are not making any real money from blogging. And you need damn to many people to click on your google ad to get any money. 2$ bucks is not some real money!

And I'm getting tired of people commenting and saying hey I ki$$ed your ad or something like that, Please return the favor.

So I actually stopped using Google Adsense and I design my own text ad, really similar to Adsense.

On the sidebar you will see some text ads and this is not from Google. This is my own design and then I can control what I promote on my blog.

And they specially like updated blogs with new original content.

But they also check out how long visitors stay on the website or blog. So if you just visit someone's blog and just go right out the crawlers will consider this as a "dead traffic" and the website will not get higher rankings.

When writing some attractive compelling ad you first need to think.

What service or product am I promoting?
What type of people do you think need your service or product?
Do you have any solution for them?

Start visualizing the market place.
Then when you find out what kind of people need your service or product.
Visualize just an individual person from that group and imagine you talking to him/her and you only have 2 seconds to attract him/her attention.
What possibly can you say to that person?

1. Use an attention-arresting headline.
2. Open with an Eye Popping, Attention Headline.
3. You have a split second to attract attention.
4. Always leave them wanting more.
5. Make your offer so attractive that your prospect can't resist.
6. Arouse curiosity and wonder in the mind of the prospect.
7. Talk about what your prospects want to hear.
8. Every word must be important in your ad.
9. Ask for order
10. Include necessary contact info.
11. Try to offer them something free in return.
12. Make it easy for them to respond.
13. Stimulate Action NOW!

You see in every ad you make PPC, Classified or article writing headline is the most important thing you need to focus on. The headline is the only tool for you to grab the reader.

A great tip for headline.

Let's say I'm promoting weight loss e-book.

Lose Weight Today. Or You Can Lose Weight Eating Chocolate. Or Weight Loss For Over 40 !

If you add over 40 to the headline then you are targeting a group over 40 that want to lose weight.

And there is an e-book about eating chocolate and lose weight. Imagine if you had the exact e-book and you promote the e-book with that headline. You Can Lose Weight Eating Chocolate people think, can I really eat chocolate and lose weight? No way and they have to check it out.

Lose weight today is good but not perfect. Because so many people use this kind of headline so it's not so compelling any more. In stead you could say something that might touch someone's emotion, like Still Getting Fat? Or Can't You Stop Eating??

And remember always CAP the first letter in the words in your headline.

Now let's review the biggest mistakes.

What not to do !

* Try to close the sale/deal in the ad itself. (Don't sound desperate)
* You are not providing a strong compelling offer.
* Pushing a product instead of BENEFITS

For us bloggers who used blogger/blogspot blog format, we intend to build an email list from certain company like aweber and connect it to the flare of feedburner, so that our readers and subscribers will be counted by feedburner counter. Another reason why we used blogger/blogspot blog, is because we don't have money to spend and buy our own webhost and domain name. But still we want to keep in touch with our email subscribers. But the question is how we can do that?

As I made a tour on my feedburner account, I found out that I can connect to my email subscribers. I found the email list of my subscribers that are inactive. Meaning they didn't check their email inbox or spam folder to verify or confirm their subscriptions. Some of the confirmation emails are sent to their spam folders especially for those yahoo mail users. These subscribers are not opening their spam folders because they hate spam as much as we do.

What I want to do is to send my subscribers an email that give them the instructions how to confirm their subscriptions. And this time they can see my email messages in their inbox and not in their spam folders. Please follow the instructions below. http://tinyurl.com/n5sx6m

Here I'm going to reveal the Traffic Strategies To Avoid.

Why? Because the only thing you will get out of it is failure.

The first one to avoid:

Buying Traffic. Please never spend a dime into this. How often have you seen an advertising similar to this? "Get 100.000 Targeted Visitors To Your Website For $199.99.

This is what is called dead traffic. Those companies look for domain or website that is already down and still getting traffic. They locate them to your website but those visitors don't have a clue why they ended up on your website and the only thing they want is to go away.

Don't throw away your money.

The second one to avoid:

Traffic Exchanges. If you haven't heard about this yet I will inform you. How it works? You sign in and you click through similar pages you are promoting. But the reason people click through is only to get more traffic to their own website and don't care about other websites. Then they start to complain it dose not work. It's because everyone else is thinking exactly the same thing.

Keep away from it. This will destroy your business!

The third one to avoid:

Safelists. Don't even think about joining them and if you already have just get out of it now! Don't spend your time on this.

The fourth one to avoid:

Banner ads...to start. If you don't know what you are doing them don't spend your time on it. Banners with rotating text and jumping monkeys to get your attention it's just plain turn off!

Now you know what traffic strategies to avoid. This is just plain dangerous to your business and your time and money is not worth the effort.

We are always impress to other blogs with their informative contents and some nice features on their template. These features can add their professionalism and their visitors will encourage to have a tour on their blog. Sometimes you are hoping that you have that features in your blog.

There are many blog templates out there especially for blogger/wordpress blog template that have many amazing features and a SEO friendly codings, they called it premium templates. The fact that you will have to buy that template and the problem is you don't have money to purchase that great product, but if you have the money you can buy it. For some reasons people prefer to create a blog in blogger.com because of it's free hosting but you must used their subdomain name the blogspot.com you can also buy a domain name if you have to.

Some of the features that amazed me is the text link rotation above your blog header just like mine. This link is the first one to load whenever your visitors visit your blog. Even though it is only a small text link, most visitors always noticed it because they are rotating or moving. So their eyes will look to that text link, grab their attention and might explore what is behind in that text link. Is it that great?

I thought this feature is only for wordpress blog users only. But still I really want to add that feature in my blog, so I made some research and found useful website. This website didn't teach me what part of my blog's template code will be place so that it can be visible above the blog's header. But that place was already discovered by me when I editted my blog template code two weeks ago. So I know now where to place that code but I don't know how to constract that rotating text link code.
