Well as i have said a few times recently i spent a good deal of time over the Festive period dreaming up different ways we could grow as a group.Therefore, as i like to follow through with anything i commit to doing.Here is the first of several of what i believe will be exciting developments for the Group.
All i ask is that you embrace the idea i'm going to propose as i genuinely believe you have a potentially unrivalled oportunity here.But like everything else in life nothing happens without "Action " being taken.
If you are new or relatively new to the wonderful world of Internet Marketing ? You may not have a real grasp of the power of "Article Marketing ",or as it's sometimes referred to as "Bum Marketing".Personally i refer to it as "The Smart Mans Marketing".As anything that costs nothing other than time,but offers huge returns is A OK in my book.( Ok That's The Scotsman In Me Coming Out )!
For anyone who doubts or is unsure of the power of exposure article marketing gives you ! Please Google the above title and see who owns the first three pages and a lot more besides ? I obviously know the answer to my own question, but please be assured it's not for the bragging rights ! It's designed to hopefully Fire up your brainwaves to the possibilities of what i hope to achieve here for us all.
To give you a more direct example of what i will be suggesting ? If you review the main discussion board, you will see that 2 members already liked some of content i posted and put it on their respective sites.You will also note that a new member Martin wrote a superb article to get his membership off to a bang.Which i will soon request that i can include on my site with full links back to his site.
Successful Internet Marketing is all about exposure Folks ! As you could have the best website/blog on the planet but if no one sees it guess what ? Yep no Traffic equals no money it's that simple !
Now personally speaking, i'm more than happy to be called a bum marketer who pays Nada,Zilch or Zero in marketing costs ( I Am Scots After All ).But who gets potentially huge TARGETTED TRAFFIC and Exposure virtually everlasting for his one off investment of TIME ! That is what GOOD article marketing is all about.
Now here is the plan of action you will now have the Oportunity to post as many "Quality" articles here as you see fit to do.As i am talking Quality as well as quantity here folks ! As i will still be employing a modicum of censorship so it's not purely of the spammy variety .
Over the years a large number of peoples articles have been drowned in the mass of articles out there !Therefore my idea is Quite simple .To provide a platform for all members to expose their expertise and profile to a very "Targetted Audience" .
Now lets do a little Maths here.Let's say you have an article that is picked up and published by just 1 site ? But that site gets Huge Daily Traffic and has a high PR.What benefit do you think that could provide you with ? Again just go and Google

All sites utilising the article should have author backlinks shown hence the power of Article Marketing.Sometimes they are not as prominent as they should be but they are there.
The beauty of it is you put in the effort once ie writing the article. Obviously dependant on the quality of the article you potentially can end up with massive amounts of backlinks to potentially high PR sites.With articles as you will see they tend to hang around the Web for years continually generating Free TARGETTED Traffic for you.

That is great information Doug. I continually write articles and submit them to directories to be published for ezines and other types of newsletters. It is a great way to build credibility and to dominate an area of expertise. After all, in any type of business, that is the goal, to dominate and to be the leading expert. In the online world, this can be done quite easily as power lies in information. So the more articles you have submitted, the more your name will be out there, thus more traffic. The other key is to be consistent. Just like a well maintained blog, strong unique, consistent articles are important when you are establishing yourself.
