Thought I'd comment on the ones I've used:
Sponsored Reviews and PayPerPost: Never got proposals that interested me. These were always bringing me companies or products that looked bad. That was awhile ago, so maybe it has changed.
Blogvertise: I'm using them now on a couple of my blogs. They bring a variety of offers, not just blog posts, and they are fairly good companies. My only complaint is that the $$ is pretty small and some of their clients demand lots of links and specific wording...and pay $7.50 to the blogger. Only worth it when I like the product.
DayTipper: Tips are rare, but I guess it doesn't hurt to use. I took mine off because it looks too "garage blogger" for my taste.
