Money & Traffic-Building Gurus
I will be separating from the military in a week and have yet to a good job offer. Now is not the best time for me to be applying for the kind of jobs that I want as the new fiscal year is right around the corner and most companies are in the process of bidding on the up coming contracts.
My wife suggested that I do some freelance blogging and start our own blog in an attempt to make a little extra cash to offset the financial burden we are about to face.
My question is: Is this feasible without doing some uber-niche blog?
Also, if you have ANY advice, suggestions or what not please please feel free to shoot them my way

Not quite a veteran yet, but I have started to earn from my blog. Content is the key and creating bonds with other bloggers in the same niche.
There are also lots of freelance jobs that you get writing content for other websites and blogs if you need to make the cash right away. Making money from your own blog takes time since traffic determines how much you will able to earn.
