   Some things will likely never change, some others may be brought down to a minimum, but will not go away completely.
   
   Human nature. Despite our knowledge of many mistakes we've made in the past, we continue to repeat them. Of course, the amount of people who can see a potential mistake and keep them from becoming a reality continues to increase. This is due, in part, to the ease of access to information that the Internet provides.
   
   But, like I said, some things will likely never change.

   Culture is not something that will bring a difference to the world sir. In fact sometimes culture is something that we have to change to have a better world. That is because not all culture give a good result in live.
   Every places, every country, every race, every tribe,every nation has it own culture which different one to another. Each culture has it own values and they can be contradictive with another culture. So it is not the culture that will bring a difference to the world.
   Making a better world is actually a more "personal universal" matter. I mean it depend on everyone effort to choose what's best in their own culture that will bring universal goodness, and then develop it. Of course in respect with others who also have their own culture.
