   Unless, it's got ridges and waves like the Moon's surface! Then, you know...the pizza maker is free to fill the gyri and sulci with garlic or cheese!

      LOL at gyri and sulci -- but I'm 100% with you on the cheese and garlic filling of said features.
      
      But I prefer a medium-thick crust -- and ideally it's gotta be brushed with olive oil before baking.

   It really all depends on the type of pizza. You've got to take the sauce and toppings into account. Plus, what about those yummy stuffed crust pizzas?

   I like a nice thick crust, but I am not a fan of stuffed crust. I really like to go into a pizza joint and order a couple of slices and get them warmed up so they are nice and crisp.

   I love bread so I am a fan of thick crust. As long as its cooked thoroughly and not mushy. I do like thin crust but then I have to eat more pizza - which is not a bad thing but this is not filling.
