How to deal with race fees?

I've been entering more races lately, and there are a TON more that I want to enter...but the registration fees are piling up and I don't have that kind of money to keep shelling out. But I LOVE to race!
Any ideas on how to get sponsors or fundraising ideas?
How do you find the $$$ to race?
