Runners, Runners, Everywhere!

Hi everyone!
I used to be a very fit runner (between 20-40 miles per week for 3 years) then a few months ago, shortly after I had been feeling at my fittest I had two bouts of bad back pain. Both the osteopath and the doctor thought it might be from hill running in Richmond Park and advised me to stop. I haven't been able to get back(!) into it and I'm missing it hugely :-( (so is my fitness). Has anyone had a similar experience and how did you resolve it? Any tips greatly appreciated!
