It's never too late to add an extra dimension to your training. Why not supplement all that running with some simple push ups?

  2. This is a great program & I highly recommend it! I could see the difference in my arms after only 2 weeks of doing pushups. ;-)
  3. how's everyone doing on the plan?

    i made it through Week 4 and will be taking the exhaustion test later today to see where I start on Week 5...

  5. I made it through weeks 1 and 2 fairly easily but am stumbling in week 3. It's going to be a repeat week for me.

    So, I'm curious to know: What are you going to do after you finish the Hundred Pushups Challenge? What's next for you in terms of arm strength?
