What Social Sites Are You Active On?

Do you spend most of your time on SU and Blogcatalog? Or on Digg and Reddit? Or on Sphinn? Mybloglog? Bebo, Twitter, Delicious, Bumpzee, some forum?

Where do you focus your Social Media efforts? Why? What's the characteristics of the traffic you are getting from these social sites? What about the link juice passing to your domains? How do you build power profiles on them?

    I should add. Stumbleupon traffic has got to be one of the best quality traffic sources I have seen from social outlets.
