I started this group because I thought it would be a great place to discuss blogging with other women bloggers.
My name is Mona (monawea) and I am the author of several blogs. I have been blogging for over a year and a half and haven't not been able to stop. I am also a mother of 3 children.

With prices going up now, the following year is going to be tougher than now. My new year, and always be, to have family bliss. Everyone in the family happy and healthy. I've had a great experience blogging so far. My blog is on parenting, writing, and general philosophical musings on life and the human experience. I hope to eventually get my topics more focused on writing and the writing process, with tips for new writers on how to get work, get published, etc.

    Hi everybody, my name is Stephanie and I started blogging this past November. I never thought I'd have one, but one day I got bored and thought that I'd like a place to share my thoughts publicly.

    I start an online writing class in January, and I thought it would be good practice to get some writing out there and get used to being judged,criticized,or praised now, instead of waiting and being taken aback by any criticism good or bad later. (Wow, so much for my writing skills, thats an extremely long sentence, sorry.)

    Currently I have only one blog, and by how time consuming it can be, it'll probably stay that way. I can't wait to read other women's blogs and discuss them.

    Since then I continue to learn and improve on my acquired knowledge and skills so I can remain as effective as I were before, even more so, since I am responsible in training newcomers to the field.

    Hi, I'm LindaBeth. I started a blog a few months ago called "don't ya wish your girlfriend was smart like me"- smart-like-me.blogspot.com - it's a cultural studies/theory blog about gender and sexuality in pop culture and media. I come from a "post-structuralist feminist" critical perspective.

    I try to make it very accessible. I'm a Master's student in Theory and Criticism at the University of Western Ontario in London, ON Canada, planning to begin a PhD in a year. I started this blog as a way to dialogue with other people interested in talking about how gender and sexuality ground our subjectivity, and how culture both reflects and impacts our sense of self. I'm also really interested in how assumptions about gender and sexuality are normalized through every-day culture. Sounds very academic, but I try to make my writing be less so.

    I also find myself finding young women who don't identify with feminism or really understand all of what it is about, so part of my interest is to provide and solicit critical analyses of what we take for granted in our culture but that actually perpetuates sexism and heterosexism.

    I usually am writing about current events, but I also will write on ideas I'm toying with that I want to discuss.

    Hi, I am Chrissy....I started my blog back in January so not been blogging long. I started card making last year and then did some stamping. But, years ago I used to paint, so to add some originality to my cards I started to watercolour again. So now I paint lots of pictures of faires....I also like to include various photographs of anything that takes my fancy so my blog is becoming a bit of a mixed bag. I am struggling to get to grips with blog catalogue. I cant' quite work it all out, I tried to join the other women bloggers group but it still says my application is pending.........well it has been pending for about a month now, so it is all a little confusing! Its taken me weeks to sort out an avatar, lol.

    Well, its 448 am CST and I guess i found the right site to be on this early in the morning. I am a 50 year old woman and proud that I have made it this far. I live and work in the panhandle of Florida, have two daughters, and two step daughters, and also a wonderful son in law. I am also very thankful that my parents are still with us.     I'm a musician, involved in the darker genres- industrial/darkwave, symphonic/progressive metal, and I have a dark ambient project on the back burner at the moment. And I study classical piano on my own when I have the time.

    My blog is a personal diary, and I write a lot about my music, as well as give away free mp3s, and post poetry, photos, a "link dump" every Friday, etc. Whatever it is that feels good at the time. I also have a private community for those who have registered on my website.

    Hi I am Aries. Started a blog with the intention to make some pocket money, yet to attract traffic. Adsence is crawling like a snail. Now I find blogging as a hobby especially when I received new follower almost every week. Also when the number of readers increases by the day. Guess I am doing something right. In order to gain money from Adsense I need 1,000 per day right? I used to think that as long as it reaches 1,000 I will be rewarded with some money, but I don't see it move. Only $1.85 now most of it from "clicking" from I don't know who. It is good to be able to share this with another blogger. Thanks for reading.

Women are more balanced than most Men and I am a growing Man of balance. I will be 20 on December 29th and I just wanted to get some feedback on what I have been learning the last few weeks...

    1. Women enjoy Cunnilingus as much as Men enjoy Fellatio if not more. (Oral Sex)
    2. Lacto-bacilli is the same healthy bacteria found in both a Woman's Vaginal area and in Your favorite Yogurt regardless of Brand. So don't be silly.
