Would love a critique on next part of story I'm writing

A few weeks ago I posted the beginning of a story/book I'm writing. At that time I called it "Rape of a Model City." Now it's simply "Sacrifice." Take a short look at it at peoplepowergranny.blogspot.com, and give me a response, hopefully with helpful advice. Thanks!
