Obama’s plans to “work with others” has to be looked from the past from which he gained this broad understanding that this is the right time to a “break with the traditions of political thinking and to undertake a fresh assessment of the status of the worldwide nonproliferation effort. ” He is setting a sort of political reaffirmation to the society trying to capture the credibility of US that has undermined the nonproliferation commitments due to the non potential decisions and the political parameters of the past. Perhaps this may be the second test of Obama to prove he is a cat, but sure a big cat to handle.
