ACORN getting RICO'd in Ohio

I guess the plaintiff's in this case haven't read pundits in the discussion board here in BC. Or they'd know there was absolutely, without a doubt, no voter fraud or any other illegal activity being conducted by the spotless organization known as ACORN. In Ohio, or the other 13 states mentioned in the suit.

And that all the incidents detailed in the suit, actually never really happened. No question about it. It's all lies and smears.

Sucks to be these plaintiffs I guess.

    Anybody can file a lawsuit. Whether or not it ever goes to court remains to be seen, especially since ACORN reported the questionable registrations.
