...because this time I can't.

But I want to share with you my thoughts on the election and how I would vote if I could vote. I consider myself an independent and a free thinker, that really likes to think before voting.

Here are my thoughts, that I hope can also help some undecided voters:

I am eager to know what you think... If you like it, please pass it along. If you don't like it, let me know why, I am not easily offended

Good points. Too bad you cannot vote.

Ha! Thank you for correctly defining the word maverick!

Apparently, he likes to be thought of as unbranded cattle...

Great post! You and we can all do more for Obama. Visit his site and click on the telephone. Make phone calls. It's as good as voting for him. ... since you cannot vote this time.

    Just a suggestion.

don't worry my friend, someday dogs will be allowed to vote in america.

just kidding. i read your essay and enjoyed it. good points.
now... FETCH!! who's a good boy?

In this house we have a gooood boy and goood girl (Soy and Lola) and frankly I am not fond of the idea of them voting. They ARE McCain and Palin disguised as dogs... he is an old guy, terrible grumpy and totally obsessed about "going to war" with any other dog in the planet. He even has a couple of scars to show off and to prove that he is a war hero. She is much younger and a complete airhead but a beauty queen no doubt...!

So no voting for dogs allowed (at least in this house!), just FETCH!

      Thanks for the laugh!

I guess Acorn hasn't been to your house yet.. lol

csiunatc- haha funny Or maybe they havn't because scbr lives in a state where Acorn is already under investigation.

scbr -- I used to have friends who named their cats after world leaders. They had Vaclav (Havel) and Gorby (because he had a big dark splotch on his head). When Gorby died, they replaced him with Tony Blair.

I like that much better than McCain and Palin dogs... (no offense to your dogs of course.) Does your palin dog have a bouffant?

Hey, I had a mouse named Gorbachev! Becasue he had a great big splotch on his head LOL.

Talk about a legacy, oh man!

Midwest Mom: no, she doesn't have a bouffant and we are still calling them Soy and Lola, but again, it seems like they are the McPalin duo!

Love the Gorby name for a cat or a mouse!

Melinda: thank you very much for your comment, has been published already

Maybe if you were apart of Acorn, you could vote for Obama about 10 times if you wanted to.
