This is Rove's third subpoena. The House has him scheduled to testify at 10:00 Feb. 23. Will the spineless House democrats roll over and let Rove walk all over them again or will they enforce the subpoena?

He didn't show. He should be thrown in prison like he orchestrated for Don Siegleman.

It will be a while, but the House has to vote on whether or not to hold him in contempt, which they better do. What's the point of having laws if they're not enforced?
The really despicable thing about this case is what Rove did to Don Siegelman. The jury, following the instructions from a corrupt judge, had no choice but to find Siegelman guilty. He wasn't allowed an appeal and was shackled and taken from the courtroom directly to prison. That's unheard of in a case like that -- especially when no laws were even broken. -
They better do something this time! I'm sick and tired of his pompous behavior and the lame politicians letting him get away with it.
"Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.) subpeonaed Rove to find out what he knows about the Dec. 2006 firings which eventually toppled former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales."
Tell John Conyers what you think: conyers.house.gov/
"The next big development will occur on March 4, when the Obama administration is scheduled to file a motion in federal appeals court laying out its position on the issue."

Rove, Miers to talk in U.S. attorneys probe

"Rove and Miers had been resisting congressional subpoenas about the matter, but a federal judge in Washington ruled that the former Bush administration officials had no grounds to invoke executive privilege in the case."
